إعلان القضاة التضامن مع المعتقلين فعلا مما يؤيد ما قلته و إن كان لا يزال في المنطقة المقبول أن يدخلها القضاة و ليس تحالف للقضاة مع المعارضة.

موضوع تنقية الجداول و “سيد قراره” يمكن أن تتحسن عن طريق تعديل الدستور لمصلحة الشعب، و هذا لن يحدث طالما الحكومة و ليس الشعب تسيطر على المجلس، و الطريق إلى اكتساب الشعب سيطرة أكبر في المجلس يبدأ في رأيي غير الخبير من استقلال القضاء، على الأقل لكي تتحسن جودة نتائج الانتخابات، التلاعب فب الأسواط من المنبع (الرشاوى الانتخابية) لا أرى له حتى الآن حلا مؤسسيا، فقط حلول شعبية و مجتمعية.

و عن موضوع الفئات الأخرى – المهمة جدا – مثل الصحفيين، فإن وجود وسط قضائي غير محبذ و لا متعاطف مع قوانين حبس الصحفيين مثلا، من مقومات تغيير هذه القوانين لأن أحكام المحاكم و إجماع القضاة يؤثر في النهاية التشريع.

1- The opposition must take advantage of friction or face off between the regime and any group in the society this would have many desirable effects. First, expose the inability of the regime to solve problems in a civilized way. You know once Mubark feels that he has to negotiate something and he calls his dogs to regain domination. Second, catalyze a debate within the society and thus makes more people interested in politics. Third, improve the position of this group in its negotiation with the regime and increase the gains it can obtain, which are at the end of the day gains of the whole society, this would also encourage more groups to claim what is legally theirs form the regime. In short, if the engineers or the university professors decide to confront the regime as the judges did then every activist should support them. Being abroad makes it easier for me to say so but i am sure that the majority of women and men in Egypt are braver and more sincere than i am.
2- We, the people, should not expect, or even permit, that a certain group takes all the risks and the entire burden to improve the society and change the regime. This is the duty of the society as a whole and must be achieved in this way, unless we want another authoritarian regime of a self appointed elite
